Saginaw guy gets 13 years for attempting to sell deadly heroin-fentanyl combination to Bay County guy
SAGINAW, MI — A 20-year-old Saginaw guy is going to jail for providing a deadly batch of heroin and fentanyl to a Bay County guy.
Showing up in court for sentencing on March 5, Tomas Garcia initially addressed Saginaw County Circuit Judge Darnell Jackson thursday.
“I only want to get started by saying I’m this courtroom today, ” he said. “I plan on utilizing my amount of time in jail to higher myself. ”
Garcia then faced and turned the nearest and dearest regarding the guy who passed away.
